Due to price increase of food ingredients, and the Taiwanese consumers who are price conscious of their food bill, businesses are forced to replace these ingredients with dangerous items.

Taiwanese do not mind paying huge sums to watch a concert or a movie or spending their hard earn monies to copy  Celebrities lifestyles but are price conscious on their food and beverages.
