Researches from the School of Life Sciences at Kingston University in London has found out that White Tea had:

  • anti-ageing capabilities; and

     

  • high levels of antioxidants.

Benefits of drinking White Tea:

  • reduce the risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis;

     

  • prevent wrinkles;

     

  • reduce risk of inflammation; and

     

  • reduce risk of some cancers.

White Tea is able to:

  • stop the activity of the enzymes that cause rheumatoid arthritis; and

     

  • break down elastin and collagen that lead to wrinkles.

In general, Tea irregardless of color and species has been highly touted for their health benefits.
